If you wear closed shoes, spray tellcom powder inside the shoes. Wearing slipper and open sandals is more useful during the rainy season, because it keeps the feet feeling airy and also helps to dry out the sweat.

On reaching home after working all day, soak the feet well by adding a little salt in cold water and after that let the feet dry in the open area. In the hot and humid rainy season, because of the wet skin of the feet, a disease called 'athlete's foot' engulfs the feet.

Foot Soak: Add one-fourth of hot water, half a cup of hoof salt, ten drops of lemon juice or orange-colored oil to the bucket. If your feet sweat too much, then add a few drops of T-oil and soak the feet for 10-15 minutes and dry them later.

Foot lotion: Prepare a mixture of 3 teaspoons of rose water, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and one teaspoon pure glycerin and apply it to the feet for half an hour and then dry the feet after washing them with fresh clean water.

Dryness Foot Care: Fill a quarter of a bucket with cold water and soak two feet in this water by mixing one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of herbal shampoo, one teaspoon of almond oil and soak the feet for 20 minutes and then wash the feet and dry them with fresh clean water.

Kuling Massage Oil: Mix 100 ml liters of olive oil, 2 drops eucalyptus oil, 2 teaspoons rosemary oil, 3 teaspoons of poppy or rose oil, put this mixture in an airtight glass jar and use it daily in the foot massage.
