1. Get up every morning and drink hot water.
2. Wake up every morning for 30 minutes and practice yoga asana, pranayama and meditation.
 3. Every day, you take 1 teaspoon and 10 grams of Chyawanprash or herbal tea or brew made of basil, cinnamon, black pepper, dry ginger and Munka.
4. If you want, you can also drink half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in about 150 ml of warm milk every day.
